Posters and flyers setting up the mood of the film
were put up on the outside of the restaurant.
Don't miss the details on the exquisite artwork!
All those who fail to notice them will be reported to the authorities.

After both the
cook and backup cook failed to show on the set, the unflappable
casting director Towie Bixby drafted real-life cook Max here, from Joe's BBQ across the street! Max's job was to stand in
one spot (and hide the metal stand for the lighting) while conversing
(silently) with a customer (me). We "talked" about pie a lot. |

A rare shot
of Tom Proctor and
what might be Jeffrey.... Not sure.
Tom was terribly involved in the shoot and by the
time I'd gotten enough courage to pester him with my camera, he was
stricken by a vicious case of food poisoning caught at one of the
Country Kitchen franchises out here.

Thor's Hammer, he was also the set photographer. Check out his photos here.

Gear waiting to be loaded up.
The crew and their gear are first
to arrive and last to leave. While the actors can go home, the
crew still has to tear down the entire set and pack everything up before
they can call it a day.
